The Trust leads the East Midlands Finance Directors Forum, a network for collaboration and sharing of best practice for both finance and business leads in Multi-Academy Trusts and Local Authority Maintained Schools.
There are two annual events, which include sessions on subjects such as budget-setting assumptions, Trust level benchmarking data, General Annual Grant (GAG) pooling and sharing of different operating models within Multi-Academy Trusts.
There is no annual membership, just a singular booking fee to attend one or both of the sessions.
