This is an amazing achievement for the young people and staff involved. It is a high profile event and especially so in its 20th year with a series of important guests due to be in attendance! Students, parents and some staff are invited to the event in London followed by an open top London bus tour and a trip on the London Eye.

The success as a finalist follows the recent attendance at the Divisional Commander’s Commendation Ceremony where the project was recognised alongside serving police officers and off duty emergency services staff who had quite literally saved lives.

Headteacher, Katie Roberts, said; “It is a brilliant reward for the hard work and commitment of our students and staff within this incredible project. We are delighted to not only be recognised on a local, but now a national, level and look forward to representing our school and community at the London awards ceremony.”
