Phillip Noel-Baker was recently recognised through the unveiling of a plaque in the city centre to commemorate his contribution to the community. As part of the ‘Made in Derby’ project, it was one of eight plaques installed celebrating the lives of well-known people with Derby connections.
The Made in Derby walk of fame project is a first in Europe because of its use of phone app technology as part of a piece of public art.
