Marketing and Communications: What is it?

We understand the importance of communicating messages effectively to a wide range of stakeholders at an individual academy level. Therefore, we provide an in-depth level of marketing and communications support from the development of a complete strategy to the delivery of individual campaigns.

We work alongside our academies to provide an all-encompassing, responsive design service. This includes brand creation and growth, marketing collateral, innovative digital campaigns, teaching resources and interior/exterior signage/transformations.

The provision of video and photography capabilities enables academies to produce engaging material, capture key events, showcase unique selling points and communicate core messages.

We also incorporate traditional, online and innovative PR/marketing to provide the following: innovative profile-raising campaigns; securing of press coverage; staff recruitment; crisis PR; and the communication of core messages to all key groups.

Marketing and Communications: Our impact?

An increase in student roll of those entering Year 7 of 49.5% from 2017 to 2019 at our targeted academy.

An increase in the number of pupils selecting our targeted academy as ‘first preference’ of 144% from 2018 to 2020.

Digital media growth:

  • Increase in channel views of 339% (2020 vs 2019).
  • Increase in subscribers to film material across all outlets, of 125% (2020 vs 2019).

Social media evolution:

  • An increase in followers across all Trust and academy social media accounts of 74% (2020 vs 2019).
  • An increase in clicks on social media material of 128% (2020 vs 2019).
