The growth and positive impact of the Teaching School Hub continues following a recent announcement of its successful bid to lead a ground-breaking DfE initiative for teacher training and development across Lincolnshire in September 2021. Working in partnership with providers, the hub will deliver high-quality professional development to teachers at all stages of their career.
Great schools depend on great teachers. Therefore, we are committed to improving support for our teachers both within the L.E.A.D. Academy Trust and beyond. We aim to ensure that staff receive high-quality training and development at every stage of their career – from Initial Teacher Training (ITT) through to leadership qualifications.

Our vision is for all members to contribute to, and benefit from, exceptional levels of continuous professional development, high-impact peer support and evidence-informed practice. the Teaching School Hub serves a reach across the East Midlands, Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire. We have numerous strategic partners in a number of key collaborations, working together to build a network of settings across all phases and specialisms. All aspects are delivered with the aim of creating a self-improving school system and one ultimate goal of impacting upon outcomes for all pupils within the alliance and beyond.
